2008 Camp Overview
Premier Soccer Academies and the Columbus Crew have teamed up to offer a three-city training experience for the next generation of soccer players called Pre-PSA Camp Week. Soccer players, ages 6-12, can chose one of three locations across Ohio to attend and receive soccer training, with an emphasis on the proper fundamentals, from some of the best professional instructors in the game.
The Pre-PSA Camp Week is a early evening camp for boys and girls
located in three Ohio cities including; Cleveland, Columbus, and
Cincinnati. The three camps will run simultaneously the week of
June 2-6 and will provide young players a proper understanding of the
basic fundamentals needed to further their own development in the game.
In
addition, our instructors will touch on other areas of importance
that will aide in their development such as nutrition and conditioning.
Additionally, all players participating in the camps will receive
as part of their overall camp package a complimentary General Admission
ticket to a Columbus Crew game. (Selection of the game will be made
once MLS schedules are released in the spring)
Cost: $125
Includes:
- Early evening soccer training (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
- Nutritional snacks/drinks during and after training sessions
- Soccer evaluation by PSA/Crew coaching staff
- Opportunity to be selected for future PSA and Crew training
programs/activities - Opportunity to be selected to PSA Residency Program
- PSA/Crew T-Shirt

(game selected by the Crew) and be recognized at half-time
with all other camp participants
